About Us

MOSAIC is one of the largest settlement non-profit organizations in Canada. We serve immigrant, refugee, migrant and mainstream communities in Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley as well as throughout the province of BC and overseas via online programs. We offer a variety of services including settlement, employment, language, family and children, and counselling programs.

MOSAIC is committed to providing Services online and by phone during COVID-19. Although some of our MOSAIC offices are open, we are currently limiting services to essential services and focusing the remainder of our energy on delivering non-essential services online.
