This session, presented by retail consultant Natalie Tan, will show attendees how to create effective merchandise displays that form an emotional bond with customers and get them to buy.

Attendees will also learn the reasons why people do or don’t buy something and how retailers can tap into these motivations when displaying their merchandise. A step-by-step plan on building displays (focal, feature or window) will be shown to empower attendees to take action as soon as they get back to their stores!
